1. General Terms
- Summit Limousine provides luxury transportation services for individuals and businesses.
- By booking a ride, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian.
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
2. Booking & Payment
- All reservations must be made in advance through our website, phone, or email.
- Payment is required at the time of booking or upon completion of the service, unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept credit/debit cards and corporate accounts. Cash payments may be allowed upon request.
- Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, extra wait time, and special requests.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refunds
- Cancellations made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Late cancellations (within 24 hours of pickup) may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged in full, including the driver’s 20% standard gratuity fee.
- If a flight is canceled, we will adjust your booking at no extra charge.
4. Chauffeur Wait Time & Extra Fees
- Airport pickups: Complimentary wait time of 60 minutes after flight landing. Additional wait time may be charged.
- Non-airport pickups: Complimentary wait time of 15 minutes. Extra wait time may incur additional charges.
- Unscheduled stops or route changes may result in additional fees.
5. Passenger Conduct
- Passengers must behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and comply with all local laws.
- Smoking, drug use, or any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger will result in repair charges.
6. Liability & Responsibility
- Summit Limousine is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
- We are not liable for lost or misplaced personal belongings. Please check your belongings before leaving the vehicle.
- If a passenger causes a service disruption, Summit Limousine reserves the right to terminate the ride without a refund.
7. Service Area & Special Requests
- While we primarily operate in Seattle and surrounding areas, we can provide transportation outside our standard service area upon request.
- Special accommodations, such as child seats or specific vehicle requests, must be made in advance.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
- All personal information collected during booking is protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared without your consent.
- Payment details are securely processed through trusted third-party providers.
9. Force Majeure
Summit Limousine is not responsible for service disruptions due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, road closures, and emergencies.
